Polish film series in Jena and Halle

Since the summer semester 2014, the Aleksander-Brückner Centre for Polish Studies has been presenting a Polish Film Series in cooperation with the Kino im Schillerhof. Current productions and selected classics of Polish cinematography are dedicated to historical and contemporary formations of Polish statehood, society, language and culture.

All films will be briefly introduced by scholars from the Aleksander-Brückner Centre for Polish Studies, who will also be available for discussions with the audience after the screenings.
